Thanks to CAPITALCONDOS’ favourable location, all destinations are easily accessed by motorway E40 and by choosing the Brussels road, the center of the Capital is only 20 kms away. A bus stop is at the accommodation.

The nearest trainstation is at 600m. From CAPITALCONDOS’ location, almost all Belgian major cities like Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Brugge, Liège, Namur, Charleroi are easy reachable by train or by car, most of them within the hour.

CAPITALCONDOS is situated along a cycling path and walking path for hikers and pedestrians that interconnects with the city center of Ninove. Walkers and cyclists love to use the flat towing path nestled amidst lush greenery along the river De Dender that cuts through the city.
