There is 1 private parking available per apartment
We have a non smoking policy so smoking in the apartments is not permitted
Pets are allowed upon request
A security deposit might be required to cover possible damage
The reception desk for guests is open every day and is located next to the garden

Safety policy
Only guests registered at CAPITALCONDOS can stay overnight in the apartments
Candles in the apartments are prohibited.
Because of the risk of fire, scorch damage and disturbance, parties & barbecues at the terrace or in the garden are not permitted
